What is intentionality?
A determination to act in a certain way.
By deciding in the morning what your focus will be and checking in at the end of the day you can correct undesirable habits and start forming positive routines.
Why should I be intentional?
In today's world, it's so easy to get distracted by technology. Do you find yourself doom-scrolling, losing focus on what you're supposed to be doing, checking for email, text messages or social media updates in every free minute you have?
If you set an intention of being present for a few days you would quickly develop the habit of not letting yourself be distracted by the background noise of modern life.

Daily Reminders
With so many demands on your time and attention it could be really easy to foget to set an intention go striaght into living by default, rather than by design. That's why we'll remind each morning to take some time to set your intetnion, setting you up for the rest of the day.
Give your Intention a 'why'
Usually there's some sort of context to your intention setting. We let you give each intention a reason why and display it subtly under your main intention, always keeping your mind on your reason why.
Each evening we prompt you to review how you got on with our intention through the day, letting you score the day as a hit or a miss. The sort of retrospecive thinking can really help drive your intention setting in future days.
